I've already called him 3 times since I bought my first house last August. Marcio installed an in-unit laundry hook-up for 2 units, a garbage disposal, and a toilet. He was my first handyman and I am really glad that I found the best one! He recently installed a bathroom vent for one of my units and he is always the best in design, functionality, and price! Marcio and his son (+team member) are really trustworthy and hard-working people! I will definitely call him again if there are any future projects.
